Eligibility
Eligibility is based on Criteria A or Criteria B or a combination of A and B.
Critera A
First generation undergraduate college student (parents/guardians did not complete a baccalaureate degree) and qualify as high financial need (as determined by Federal guidelines).
AND
Strong interest in attending graduate school; U.S. citizen or permanent resident; minimum grade point average of 2.7 or higher; completed no fewer than 48 credit hours prior to starting the program.
OR
Critera B
Member of a group underrepresented in a field in graduate education.
AND
Strong interest in attending graduate school; U.S. citizen or permanent resident; minimum grade point average of 2.7 or higher; completed no fewer than 48 credit hours prior to starting the program.
